"We arrived after visiting Ellora Caves. There is no road to the hotel and it's very dangerous to get there. Once we arrived, the hotel staff did not have our reservation. There was no manager on site and the staff could not get in touch with the manager. There was no food or drinks available so we had to go to town to eat. "The hotel is brand new and the service was excellent. The owner Amol, went extra mile in help booking the rides from airport to hotel and for the local rides. He even tracked the driver early in the morning 5.30am to make sure I reach the airport back on time. "

Also reminded on 27 th night that we are reaching 28 th morning at 4.30 am. However when reached with family on 28 th morning at 4.30 am, hotel staff told that room is allocated to someone else and you have to wait till 6 am when another room is getting vacant.
