โGreat food and dining service!
The breakfast/dinner buffet menu kept changing throughout my 3-day stay and everything was excellent.
The front desk seemed to be working out its operations but no major problems.
Close to airport, clean, safe. โ
โThis hotel is within walking distance of the train station. If you are American this would compare to a Motel 6. Not European
sparkling clean, but hygienic. The staff is wonderfully helpful and the roof top resturant is very good. I arrived after midnight and although the restuarant was offically closed for room service, they broght dinner.โ
โThis was a wonderful relaxing oasis to use as a base to explore the Ellora and Ajanta caves. Staff were thoughtful and efficient from the front office staff to the housekeeping and the restaurant staff. Food was delicious. A car and careful, thoughtful driver were organised for my excursions. The grounds are beautiful and fragrant with flowering trees and plants and birdsong fills the air. Such a different experience to the normal India hotel stay.โ
โHad issues with my bank and the manager was brilliant in assisting me. Went way beyond his obligations. Very kind. He ended up phoning my wife and son in Canada in an effort to resolve my dilemma. Very stressful. However he was very understanding. Staff were terrific. Lovely place.โ
โThe breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of delicious food. Front desk staff Mr Shinde and Jyoti were very helpful and professional. I had an enjoyable stay at Aures.โ
โInappropriate opening of our room door without knocking or verbal announcement. Extremely noisy metal screen/ doors from the hotel and restaurant.โ
