Krushna went out of his way to move us to a better, upstairs, room when the room we were first given turned out to have some smoke odors and also too little privacy from the garden outside. Btw, the executive rooms upstairs have the same pool and garden views as the rooms downstairs, with the added attraction of a balcony. Huge, clean, largely unused, pool. "Rotten, a lizard in room, 100s of mosquitos in room, property very run down with mould in bath room, sheets not washed, we found somebody pile of hair in bed. Stinks and smells of mould. We checked out and moved to another hotel in 10 minutes. Loud noise outside, like a boom box on head. "
