"It was a good stay with clean facility, nice rooftop bar, though very limited items, and closed too early, pretty wasteful to have an outdoor facility could be used during the day. The BF is decently priced $17pp much less than most of the hotels in the similar areas. The location is good, conveniently set with wonderful surroundings, except there was so much construction. The price of the hotel was extremely outrageous for the property offered, with nearly $500USD/day, this is the worst value/dollar ratio ever."

"1. I booked a ‘Mini Suite’. It was definitely ‘Mini’ 2. It paid for a King Size bed. It was smaller than a ‘Queen Size’. 3. When I booked I asked for a rate with breakfast, only to find out that it didn’t include breakfast. So I paid about $18/pp on the first morning, only to find out it was an embarrassing excuse for breakfast. Just shameful. 4. On the morning after we arrived, I went to the front desk asking them to checkout ahead of schedule.They told me that I Ned to do it THREE DAY IN ADVANCE, or in other words I was ‘trapped’ at this horrible place for the rest of our visit. I am starting to have second thoughts about what you guys at Expedia define as an “Excellent” hotel. Embarrassing!"

"Zero amenities, room was not cleaned properly there was a mattress on the floor that looked like someone had just slept it when got up from when we arrived. What kind of "four star" hotel has no system for early check-in, late check-out, baggage hold, etc., these are basic facilities you get. Hostels have better facilities. False advertising and total scam."

"Wonderful location, right above Coex mall which is open late and has a wide variety of shops, eateries, restaurants, groceries, great for taking a walk, there is even a hospital and pharmacy downstairs which is super quick, easy, and inexpensive. I just wished the hotel would have let me check in earlier since I was traveling with early parents and we arrived at 6am. (I know they had rooms available bec I could still book a room on Expedia for the day I was checking in) but they would not oblige and had us wait until the 3:00 check in time "

"I honestly every single thing which could go wrong went wrong. We checked in early and due to a mixture of being exhausted from travel, a language barrier and the assumption that maybe there was an issue between hotels.com and the hotel I didn’t fully understand they wanted 100% room rate for these extra hours. We felt having the hotel connected to the park would be a fantastic opportunity to head to the park and come and go as you please, you only have 1 free reentry to the park. We wanted to stop for a bite to eat in the hello kitty restaurant, they welcomed us in as we wanted to see what was on offer. We were told we couldn’t eat there which changed from a no to we are full when the restaurant was half empty. There is no bar in the restaurant as an FYI and they are strict on rules that no outside food or drink entry the hotel. The room was dusty which we didn’t realise until after leaving the room and noticing we both stopped being congested as soon as we had some fresh air. My friend had a later flight than myself and wanted to use the amenities after we checked out. She left the sauna to help me bring the luggage down and upon leaving the amenities area was told she would be charged to return. They graciously allowed her back in after complaining Staying here was an extremely expensive mistake for 1 night (priced at 2) and honestly you gain very little staying here over staying literally anywhere else"
