The ocean view was great, the room was clean and well maintained. The balcony was nice, and most importantly, the bedding was really comfortable and clean. This is a place I visit every year when I visit Korea.

We booked 2 bedrooms room. Room was clean and everything is very well maintained. Daily water bottles and clean towels and staff are very good. There are many restaurants around the area but mostly seafood restaurants. You don't have much variety options here. You will have to go 14-20 minutes away from the hotel to get different kind of foods. Overall, we liked the room...gave us comfortable stay. For your info, all the facilities in the hotels are closed for now such as pools, restaurant, and BBQ areas. I really like the BBQ area where they put many BBQ areas and with tent cover so it will give you & your family some privacy and also keep you warm from ocean breeze. Will definitely come back again if we come this way...really like to try out the BBQ at the roof top.

Very nicely decorated hotel. Only thing is they do not provide basic utensil (e.g., tea spoons) and charge rental for that. Although there is a kitchen, basically you can't use the kitchen as it has nothing (e.g., knife, scissor). There is also not a lot of food around, we ended up buying instant meal from the 24/7 convenient store. Tips: bring your own food/utensil if you plan to stay here.

This is not a four star property. They try to charge you for everything (towels, water, plates, utensils, etc). Rooms are hot and also dirty. They are understaffed and staff are unfriendly.

We reserved this property two years ago because of the rooftop swimming pool, but it was closed due to construction. Came back again in August 2025, and the pool is again closed without any notice! If we had known, we would have stayed at another location. The weather got a little chilly today and thought it would be nice to swim in the pool instead of the ocean, but without any prior notice, the pool was closed. Also, this property does not allow any early check-ins. I wish they would allow early check-ins if your room is ready. They had everyone just crowded in the lobby until 3 pm without providing any sitting area. We won't be coming back again.

Worst hotel. We were in a 3 bedroom suite - No AC in two of the three rooms. We asked for shower towels as there were no shower towels. They wanted to charge us for towels. No hair dryer. The second room was so small that the bed took up the entire room and you couldn’t walk to the other side of the room. Third room there was no bed but a tiny futon. Worst hotel.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed a nice sea view. However, the balcony windows were quite dirty, which made it hard to fully appreciate the view. There were a few other inconveniences during our stay. Towels were removed but not replaced, and when I asked, I was told there would be a charge unless we waited until the next day. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent—even at the highest setting, the water stayed quite cold. The room had a washer, which was helpful, but no dryer, and only a small rack was provided for drying clothes. It would have been great if there were a shared dryer available, but none was offered. We were also looking forward to the rooftop infinity pool, but it was not operational during our visit. The first time we checked, it had no water, and the second time, the door was locked. Overall, while the room itself was pleasant, some improvements in service and maintenance would make the stay much better.

강릉의 덜 번잡한 사천해변이라는 곳에 위치한 압도적인 규모의 리조트호텔. 소나무들이 있는 푸튼 바닷가 산책하고 싶어지는 참 멋진 곳! 5월말이라 덥긴 해도 비수기라서인지 주차도 수월해서 도착할 때까지는 "오.. 신축한 여유로운 호텔이네!"라며 감탄했었음. 프론트 직원의 응대에서 살짝 실망: 성인 셋인 가족이 6인용 스위트룸을 예약해서 숙박한 경우였었는데, 객실 키를 2개만 주기에 설명하고서 1개 더 달라고 했으나.. 무슨 뜻인지는 알겠는데, 만실이어서 키가 부족하다며 거절당함.. 셋이서 각자 활동하기가 너무너무 불편했었음 (호텔 전체적인 분위기 상 투숙객들이 그닥 많아보이지 않았음에 더 실망!) 신축 호텔이라, 새것들여서 기본적으로는 깔끔한데, 문 손잡이 주변마다 투숙객들의 손때같은 게 오염도 있어서 불쾌..(매 번 청소 때 마다 꼭 닦아주면 그런 때가 누적되지 않을테니, 제발 좀 닦기를요..🙏) 밤이 되니까 날벌레들이 엄청 들어와서(방충망 있는데로만 열었었는데.. !) 벌레들 죽이느라 헥헥헥.. 습한 날여서 창문 다 닫고서 에어컨 틀고싶었지만, (천장형)에어컨 리모컨들이 없어서 답답했고, 에어컨은 거실과 안방에만 있고, 작은 방 2개에는 없으니.. 한여름에는 가족 단위로 투숙해봤자 불쾌할 듯.. 그리고, 작은 방의 침구(침대 아닌 토퍼)는 관리가 덜 된 건지, 두 방에서 잔 가족은 가려워서 긁느라 잠을 설쳤다고 함 그나마, 비수기 가격으로 묵을 수 있었어서 5점 만점에 4점 정도!
