From the moment Kath opened the door to us she made us very welcome in her home. It was a lovely stay, the bed was comfy we had a great night's sleep and Kath's breakfast was so good, she offers fruit, yogurt, cereal and a really good cooked selection. Just a fantastic stay, we highly recommend staying here

Lovely place to stay - so nice and quiet, with lovely green surroundings. Host was lovely and helfpul, breakfast was delicious. Short drive down to the coast at Criccieth with a lovely beach and an amazing seafood restaurant (Dylans) Thank you for a lovely stay :)

Lovely hotel in a great location. Coffee, tea and biscuits on arrival which was lovely. The hotel and room was clean and very comfortable. Large lounge which was perfect if you want to play a couple of board games with the kids or just relax. Amazing breakfast with a good choice and the perfect host who was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

So much more than just a place to sleep Lovely hostess and lovely situation, really enjoyed watching the birds at the feeders from our room, and from the breakfast room. Room and bed comfy and warm, nice hot water for the shower and bath.

Lovely twin room dual aspect window with biscuits, tea and coffee. En-suite was a little small as knees touched the door when on the toilet, but I’d rather have one than not at all. Nice surprise to have a full cooked breakfast with fruit and cereal, rather than just continental as it says in the blurb.

Such a lovely welcoming B&B! Lovely lounge with roaring fire for guests use, rooms and beds comfy and clean, breakfasts are amazing, and host lovely. We stayed in the double room with twin beds - the twin beds are in a separate room, which is a great bonus!

A perfect stay for us.

We really enjoyed our stay here and appreciated an attentive host. It was a perfect base for us to use during our stay, as it was in the vicinity of Porthmadog and Criccieth which is where we were going at that point in our trip. Breakfast was the best we’ve ever had.

We used this b&b for a short visit in the area and we're very pleased with our stay. It's based 3 miles from the lovely criccieth and 5 to Porthmadog so pretty well located for this part of Wales. Our room was large enough for us and our daughter, beds comfortable, shower good, drinks facilities and views from our room were pretty impressive, we also enjoyed watching the multitude of birds feeding under our window. The best bit has to be the amazing host, lovely, welcoming lady, she offered us a fresh pot of tea and coffee on arrival and she knows how to make a great breakfast, there was also plenty of other choices like fruit, yoghurts, cereal etc which our daughter went for, Weetabix, Nutella on toast and a bowl of fresh fruit, excellent all round.
