"Room was clean and simple. Not very big but space for two singles and a small bathroom with a shower. Recommend including breakfast. Large buffet plus menu items. Great service."

"A very nice place to stay at the train station. In the middle of a very busy area this property offers a way to remove yourself from the business but also be able to walk right into the tourist activities. The staff were great. Room was clean and comfortable. This also made for a very easy trip to the airport early in the morning "

"The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. We really appreciated their helpfulness navigating a new city! The room itself however, was mid at best. It’s extremely small and lacks any short of space to have your things. There is no shelving or storage area in the bathroom or the room, besides the mini sized open closet, if you could call it that. The location is about a 15 minute walk to the train. It’s not really worth it to “save money” when you can book something else closer and that’s more walkable. For two girls sharing a room, this was TIGHT and frustrating trying to get ready and such. Just something to consider as you’re traveling with friends or a partner."

"I booked two rooms during the tulip season, but the weather was not favorable. Therefore, we expected heating in the rooms, and there was none in either of them. Everyone complained about the same issue. Additionally, the breakfast is not the same as in 2020; it is significantly inferior."

"Like, close to Amsterdam Centraal station. Negative, noisy at night, only one towel, no hand towel no wash cloth. Tee tiny room for the price and breakfast, which we didn’t have due to having to leave at 6:30a, was pricey."

"No A/C both days. Reported on day 1, was to be fixed day 2. Did not happen. On check in asked about a cab reservation for our departure. Prefaced this with it will be Kings Day. I was told no problem we will arrange this. Checked at desk day before departure on our cab and was told that it was not possible, all roads will be blocked. I will have to say that our stay was terrible! No A/C and no cab. No offer by management to comp room, offer a free meal or even a free bar beverage. Not happy."
