"This hotel was unacceptable. There was no heat in the rooms even though the temp was in the 40s. Over our 4 day stay the room was never cleaned. The desk was only opened for 2 hours in the morning with no attendant after that time. The “towels” provided were small and thin which we had to reuse. No breakfast was offered, not even coffee, even though they had the facilities. TV did not work, no safe, no fridge, tiny tiny bathroom, old and run down, very narrow and steep stairs, no elevator."

"The hotel was under renovations but the location was very convenient the hotel was clean and nice. Also Irina in the front desk was so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel 100%."

"Room was clean and spacious. Hot tub and sauna in room which wss great but the toilet and shower were seperate rooms , with the sink in the main bedroom, bit of an odd set up. Had a safe which was good and also a fridge but it didnt work, which was annoying. Also no waters in the fridge or available, only to buy from a vending machine and pricey. Bar was open 5pm-11pm which could have had better opening times , as reception dont deal with cash so wasnt able to get change. Overall good hotel , very good location and clean with good features in the wellness room. Would stay again."
