“Room 916 has showerhead that does not work at all. All you can get it just jet of water all together, none of the holes work there. Only stayed for 1 night there, asked staff if that can be fixed. They did not have any maintenance there, told me that they would call someone to come at 9 am in morning. They did not have any other room available so could not even switch. Asked for manager, manager was not working on weekends. So just got an email of manager to contact regarding my situation, which...

“비행기 연착으로 인해 예상 밖에 오타와에서 머물게 되어 급히 잡은 숙소 였는데 도보 10분 거리에 마트도 있고, 뜨거운 물이 필요했는데 로비층에 비치되어 있어서 좋았고, 방에 전자렌지가 있어서 도움이 많이 되었어요. 특히 아침 조식이 4시 30분부터 먹을 수 있어 급히 떠나야 하는 저희에겐 든든했으며, 정성껏 차려진 호텔 조식에 감동 받았습니다. 또한 매 정시간마다 공항행 셔틀이 있고 기사님도 엄~~~~~청 친절하셔서 너무 고마웠어요. 잠시 거쳐가는 오타와였지만 비행기 연착되어 피곤했던 시간을 숙소의 친절함 덕분에 마음이 따뜻한 시간으로 바뀌었어요. 더 번창하시고 하는일 모두 잘 되길 바랍니다. 감사합니다. ”

“체크인 해주시는 직원분은 친절하셨습니다. 저녁식사를 할 수 있는 레스토랑이 없는 것은 아쉬웠지만, 옆 호텔의 레스토랑을 이용할 수 있도록 안내해주셔서 좋았습니다. 무료주차와 아침식사를 제공해주시는 점이 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 방의 상태도 좋고, 방 크기도 넓어서 저희 가족이 편안하게 머물며 여행을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 다른 사람들에게 추천할 만큼 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다.”
