"We booked a king with balcony, not knowing that some of them were adjoined rooms. The people next to us talked loud and had the TV up loud. The concierge, Sarah, was wonderful in getting our room moved to one thst was not adjoined. Byron in the rooftop restaurant was great and gave us recommendations ..."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean, and the toilet would not flush properly. It had to be flushed multiple times every time it was used. I expected a much better experience and feel that these issues should have been addressed before the room was made available to guests. ..."
