This place is amazing. We love it here!!! We've stayed here twice and other than one staff member being a little gruff everything here is great! Rooms and entire building is clean, very nice, breakfast is good. We have not had any bad experiences good. I think the only complaint we've had is not enough towels in the pool area and the bathroom had some trim missing on the wall. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

We enjoyed our stay, the staff was very friendly, close to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge. The only thing I would want next time is drapes for the windows. There are only sheer curtains and it made it hard to sleep.

Rooms need to finished! Lots of renovations left to do. Also noticed that the first and second floor is better than 3rd, 4th and 5th floor. Housekeeping was still cleaning rooms at 8pm at night. Breakfast was good. Same things every day but it was really good. Pool was fun, kid friendly, we enjoyed movie night. Will I stay again, probably not.

They say its being renovated the last 2 years ive ive stayed. It still just looks rundown. Stayed there 3 years ago and it was excellent. Dont know if they sold out to someone but my every stay since has looked worse and worse. I like there pool stayes open 24 7 and there breakfast bar is great. My room floor was dirty. Checked in at 7 pm and the complimentary coffee station was all cold. Would i stay again. Yes . I deal with the other things for the amenities.
