“We loved our stay at Mayfair. The one bedroom apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. The fully furnished small kitchen was functional and very practical to prepare breakfast in the modern before going out for the day or for midday snack.”

The staff was so amazing , the room was picture perfect and when they gave me the room key it was a real door key not a card and it had a cute skeleton key with it , I love all of the charm .The way it was decorated and the vibe was fantastic . It’s hard to describe the way that hotel made me feel. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much you made the 800 mile drive worth it 😀”

We have stayed at several other hotels and our impression was that the Grenoble House would be difficult to beat anywhere in the French Quarter. “If you like something special, you should stay here. I have traveled many cities and stayed at many hotels but this one was the best. Very clean, cozy, and people are incredibly kind. Parking is available and it is close to French quarter. Staying in this old church made me feel that I'm in the 17-18 century. Great experience. I have nothing to say about any inconvenience. ”

It’s on a gorgeous tree lined street, close enough to walk to Bourbon Street without being at the center of the craziness at night. And the pool area was wonderful!”

“The hotel was quintessential NOLA..small intimate full of character being an older space. The hotel being aged does not mean it has to smell awful. Since they have no air conditioning it was very damp and hot and smelled like mold and mildew. The rooms also only had a small window unit which did not really cool the room in the summer heat. The attached bar was also hot and smelled bad. Staff was very kind is the only good thing I can say about this hotel.”

“The haunted hotel was great its walking distance to everything. The lore behind the place is fascinating and we had some paranormal but the ghost seem friendly. The staff are super friendly makes thst worth the stay just on that alone.”
