"Stay was very good, everything was excellent , staff was perfect. BUT at about 1:30 am someone in one of the room near us were fighting ,yelling vey loud, it kept on for quite a while . I worried that someone may have gotten hurt . On phone next to bed I dialed zero was unable to call anyone because info on phone was so small I could NOT SEE the number for front desk.I called on my phone and call was to Hotel Riu somewhere else they transferred me to the front desk who did send someone to that room. Ruined the whole night . It was terrible the yelling and fighting was terrible . I am surprised if no one else called. You should put a sticker with larger print for front desk on phone . Next day no one mentioned or apologized or thanked us for calling. Someone may have gotten hurt."

The property itself is in a great location, but the room showed some wear and tear - exposed drywall screws holding on bathroom door trim with some paint slapped on it, smelly sink, water damage and peeling paint on inside window sill, visually boring interior that looks like it's from the 1990's"

"Clean room, the cleaning staff was great. My room was #901, which was directly behind the elevator shaft. I could hear every bit of noise from the elevator when it started, stopped, and some nights, screeching sounds. I asked the staff to change my room to the same type, but they gave me a different, older room where the carpet had rips, and the couch had rips. I got a lesser quality room for the remainder of my 5-day stay. I've stayed here numerous times, but I think my last visit will be my last. "
