โRoom was clean, quiet area, great for 2 night stay while visiting Letchworth and Warsaw Falls. Had kitchenette,which was good for us.Woud stay againโ
โOverall the stay was very comfortable. The hosts were very courtious and accommodating. Our room was large, clean and quite. Breakfast was wonderful. The location was easy to find, but a little odd in the sense that it was on the edge of town behind an industrial building. Not a big deal, just odd from area asthetics point of view. We'd certainly return should our travels bring us this way again.โ
โThe first room smelled like cigarettes. The second room does not drain the sink. Although the bed frame is made of steel, the sound of breaking can be heard even with a slight movement, so it made me nervous. Finally, at 2 AM, I was waked up due to the loud noises from the next room. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. It was disappointing for the price.โ

Tons of parking, including a few spots in front and on the sides, but the real gem is the huge lot in the back. If you park back there, chances are youโll have a clear view of your car from your roomโvery convenient and secure!

โFound a cockroach on the wall, I tried to kill it but it escaped to the ventilation fan on the wall. I think this is where it came from. I am sure there are many in other rooms, too.
No venting in the room.
I found lots of blue and green molds on the washroom ventilation fan. Such shame that i had to take a shower right below it..... โ
