"Spacious apartment suitable for a longer stay. Negative points: there is no visible staff in the hotel. Communication about how to enter the hotel and room was sent from an email I did not recognize that invited to click on a link. No communication through the Hotels app. I was never given a transport card (in Geneva hotel guests get free public transportation ) adding extra cost to my stay. E-mails remained unanswered. The room was never cleaned during my stay. "

"Had a good stay at Neostelia. Staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and nice. Practical parking in the backyard, though for an additional fee. The beds were also very comfortable! Some might consider the bathroom a little small, but we had no complaints. Walking distance to the old town was also a big plus! Would definitely come back again!"

"This hotel shuttle and condition of the property was perfect! The hotel is about a 10 min shuttle ride from the airport/airport train station. We stayed here when flying both at the begging and close of our journey in Switzerland. It utilizes the same shuttle as Intercity Hotels. This is a basic hotel. Clean, nice shower. Breakfast is offered for a fee, but we did not experience this. Cons: pillows were not great. Too big and lumpy."
