"Biggest plus for this hotel was its location - close location to the Busan station and plenty of nearby restaurants and coffee shops. The room was fine with modern amenities, including something I have never come across before - a clothes steamer/sanitizer. My main gripe was a personal one and may not be an issue for others. The bed was too firm for me and pillows too high, which meant I did not sleep well. Hotel should consider having a stock of different pillow heights/firmness. I would think it would be a small cost to the hotel and could make a big difference to certain clients like myself."
