Eastin hotel is great
Everything is fantastic!!! Employees are very kind, room is perfectly cleaned, lots of restaurants are near the eastin hotel. Queens bay mall is quite good shopping mall and there are many restaurants as well. Overall, eastin hotel is very convenient to be stayed in Penang area.

과연 여기에 이돈내고 머물기는 아까움...
예약된방은 도로가 인접한방으로 정말 시끄러웠으며, 엘레베이터 전기실 옆이라 역시 소음으로 매우 불편했습니다. 이에 방을 바꿔달라했으나 추가 요금을 요청하였으나, 해당사항들이 예약시 표기기안되었다는 이유로 무료로 방이 변경되었습니다. 같은가격에 다른호텔보다 방크기나, 인테리어는 나쁜것으로 평가합니다. 또한 직원들이 불친절하며, 게스트에 대한 배려가 거의없는것으로 평합니다. 이런방은 왠만하면 올리지 마시고, 팔지 않았으면 합니다.

It was very good,,,
호텔은 처음 이용해 봤지만 시설도 낡지 않고 주위에 높은 건물이 없어 시야도 넓었구요. Gym이랑 수영장도 깨끗한 편이었어요. 서비스도 좋고 직원들도 친절하게 잘 도와주었답니다. 주위에 Queensbay shopping mall이 있어서 정말 편했어요. 중국식당에서 맛있게 밥도 먹었고요. 주위에 상가들도 있고 버스 정류장도 있어서 편리하게 다녔습니다. 죠지타운까지 그리 멀지 않았고 공항에서도 가까워 이용하기가 좋았어요. 렌터카를 빌렸는데 친절하게 잘 해주고 연말에 갔었는데 가격도 깍아주고...

You got to be ready to be riffed off by a taxi. They said it is independent from the hotel but they seem not. Always more expensive than a real independent one. Simply, I was not happy about the fact that the hotel satffs lied to me and facility iteself is also sloppy. Only good thing about the hotel is that the big mall is at walking distance....

This is our 3rd stay at the hotel. We like it due to the proximity to Queensbay and also the 24 hours coffeeshop near by.

Lovely location
Nice comfortable big bed. Friendly staff. Clean room with a lovely Seaview. Within walking distance from the local shopping mall. Easy to move around and to venture into the city. Regular buses by the mall to explore further afield. Easy to call for a grab car (local equivalent to Uber)

Something to improve.
Very nice food here. All foods are very delicious I love it. But, shower cream and shampoo kind of cheap. Can consider to have something more better with good smell or branded like L’Occitane / Tanamera / Crabtree Evelyn. Laundry bag also only normal plastic bag. Please upgrade to better one.

The Eastin looked brand new, it was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was close to a mall and within walking distance to the ocean where there were plenty of great restaurants, and very close to the airport.

Overall alright, can be improved
Overall alright since this is not my first time staying here for business. Something to feedback is about the hair dryer which I don’t recall it to be this way. The hair dryer sounded loud when it’s switched to the strongest. Sometimes I have to switch back to low immediately worrying it may over heat anytime. Don’t feel safe in using it though. Another is the shower water, which turns extremely hot every 30sec, this could pose safety concern too.
