“When booking a Hilton property, travelers expect a baseline of predictable quality. Unfortunately, my recent stay at the Hampton Inn in Midland completely dismantled that expectation. What should have been a relaxing trip quickly devolved into a frustrating experience due to a comedy of room maintenance errors. While the frontline staff demonstrated commendable responsiveness, their best efforts were ultimately hamstrung by a systemic failure in the property’s preventative maintenance protocols....

“The staff is wonderful. While being there we witnessed a flash flood and that’s why it’s4 stars, the property was super dirty outside”

“Difficult as we don’t speak Spanish. Considerate neighbors, monthly occupants quiet after 10. Out side Landscaping under going renovations. Room was clean and modern. Bed comfortable and fresh. Kitchen tiny. Refrigerator large for a motel, full freezer area. No utensils, dishes or pots or pans or paper towels. From the road it’s looks forlorn. We had a back room so less road noise. Didn’t visit pool. You can tell new renovations all over. Just not done completely yet. Room itself was decent.”

“The room was nasty. Stains on all the furniture. Couch cushions were ripping. The AC took all night to cool down the room. Shower had soap stains and the water pressure was horrible”

“No snack vending machines on property. They turn off the electric to unoccupied rooms so it takes a little while for the A/C to get the room cool after you get it.”

“My mom has knee issues and is handicapped and the elevators were out and they had no rooms available on first floor that were ready so Jeffrey who worked the front desk made sure we had a room on first floor and helped us get everything changed over and cleaned up so she didn’t have to climb the stairs we will definitely recommend yall our stay was great all the way around”

“The property so ran down they need to rebuild it they need to teach staff how to clean and a lot of things need to be repaired”
