"Everything is perfect "

"The room had an unpleasant damp and musty smell upon arrival, which was not comfortable and negatively affected the first impression. During my stay, there was heavy snowfall, and unfortunately the parking area and walkways were not properly cleared. Since all room doors open directly to the parking lot, moving around was difficult, with snow accumulation reaching approximately 40–50 cm in some areas. On the positive side, the room itself was quiet, and the room temperature was comfortable....

"Our apartment was nicely updated and clean except for the duvet cover that wasn't cleaned before our stay. You could tell because there was a blood stain on it. The mattress needs to be changed as it was very uncomfortable. There was supposed to be a sofa bed but was more of a day bed with a child size pull out bed under the couch so was falsely advertised. Very close to blue mountain so that was nice. "

"Bed not comfortable at all, there was this suffocating perfume smell inside the appartment, we could taste it it was so strong. And seems like a lot is fallong apart in the unit. Communication was good with Trillium"

"The images on the booking did not match the room that I rented, not good to show a room that isnt what you are getting, sort of a bait and switch."

"The house is beautiful, large, and spacious. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, although the floor was a bit dusty. The kitchen is huge and has plenty of utensils and pots. However, the air conditioning on the third floor did not work properly on the first night, and it is difficult to adjust the shower water temperature in the bathroom on the second floor. Overall it was a comfortable stay"
