"The room worked out really great for 2 adults and 1 child, who had a really cozy sleeping space just for him. The location was great: walkable to the main street in Garmisch and we walked every day to the gondola for Garmisch Classic ski area. Also walkable to the main train station and Zugspitze. "I loved the location. However.... There were a total of 6 parking spaces for the entire hotel. Otherwise you had to be out of the public lparking ot between 9AM and 6 PM. It is on a busy, noisy street and since there is no air-conditioning you must sleep with the windows open. Too LOUD. The hotel is old and in need of renovation. It is also a maze of additions and confusing to get to rooms. Elevators are needed. The laundry is in another building."
