โMy luggage was left behind in Cairo for the two nights I spent in Kigali. The staff at the hotel could not have been more understanding or helpful. They sent someone to get me a toothbrush and toothpaste, accompanied me into town to buy clothes and helped me to contact the airline as the airport staff would not give me their local contact details. I cannot praise them highly enough.โ

"The accommodation was good because there were various options, but the details were lacking. For example, the cooking exhaust vent was not connected to the outside, the shower stall had a curtain, so water spilled onto the floor, towels had to be requested every day, and the breakfast at the restaurant was far worse compared to other places.
