“숙소는 깔끔하고 넓어서 아주 좋았습니다. 근처 거리들도 조용해서 잘 쉬다가 갔어요. 다만 식당에서 식사를 하려는데 응대가 너무 늦어 아쉬웠습니다. ”

“Staying at the Jefferson is like stepping into an old movie set in a beautiful hotel (and I am sure it has in fact "starred" in a few movies). The hotel is immaculate and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was inviting and, honestly, I think the bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in — perfect mattress, perfect pillows, cool sheets. We hope we can have another little getaway there someday!”

“I think the guy that checked me in name was Brian. He was absolutely amazing. I flew to Richmond and I called around 11:30 and he was able to provide a room, which I desperately needed a nap. The room was clean and pretty. I will definitely stay here again and of course I would love to have Brian. He was really amazing!”

“I love this hotel. Such a slice of paradise.”

“It was all around ok. Not terrible. Nothing great. Hallway carpets were not swept. Elevators a little tattered. Room was ok. A/C didn’t do much no matter where I set it. The bed was comfy. The shower was hot. Breakfast was ok.”

“Specious room with nice bath. It was very quiet! Close to everything we planned to visit.”

“Rooms need upgrade, no closet, no safe to put valuables, no tea/coffee maker, no mini fridge, no microwave. What the hell!!The bathroom doors slide open spontaneously during a shower. I liked the linen cabinet, so guests can get whatever they need without waiting for 'housekeeping". Great idea.”

“Very clean and comfortable room.”

“깨끗하고 직원이 친절해서 좋았습니다”

“The airport shuttle scheduling and driver were exceptionally kind.”

“we are hilton Honors members and usually book through hilton but expedia was a better deal”
