The apartment was spacious and very central location. The building was also very secure. The only suggestion I would give is to put a mirror next to an electrical socket as there wasnt any for when we needed to dry our hair.

Dreamhouse at Ingram - noisy

The extremely helpful team offered a move from the Dreamhouse Ingram to Dreamhouse Blythswood as the Ingram apartment is subject to road noise due to old windows. The difference in standard in the two is significant and I would stay at the Blythswood without hesitation. It is a superior standard of appliance with well thought out touches on equipment and decoration. The Ingram apartment is spacious and in a convenient location for George square and queen street station but didn't have small things which were an irritant (no hooks on doors to hang robes, only 5 clothes hangers, no bins in the bathroom or the bedroom had to carry things into the kitchen, no milk on arrival). In comparison the Mackintosh apartment was excellent. Everything provided and well thought out great decor.

En osaa sanoa tästä hotellista mitään. Minulla oli varaus, jonka hotelli peruutti vain pari päivää ennen. Olin valinnut tämän paikan ensisijaisesti sijainnin takia, koska yksi lapsistamme aloitti opinnot Strahclydessa ja tämä oli lähellä. Saimme tilalle toisen hyvän hotellin, mutta valitettavasti yhteiset ateriat aamiaisten ja lounaiden osalta yms. suunniteltu ohjelma ei toteutunut, koska toinen hotelli oli liian kaukana tähän tarkoitukseen. Maksoin siis lähes turhaan perheasunnosta ja keittöstä, jota emme voineet hyödyntää kuten alunperin oli tarkoitus. Perheessäni on maitoallergiaa, keliakiaa ja ja laktoosi-intoleranssia, joten yhteiset ateriat olisivat olleet kotoisia ja tärkeitä. Korvaava hotelli ja sen osalta järjestelyt toimivat hyvin.

Great location for enjoying what Glasgow offers

Visited Glasgow for conference at the SECC and for city tourism. Excellent apartment, modern with clean lines and neutral decor but well supplied for self-catering. Has a late closing convenience store next to the front entrance and coffee bars within 50yds. The most outstanding feature is the location - great places to visit and restaurants within easy walking distance including Merchants Square (1 min). About 6 - 8 mins walk to Argyl Street and Central Stations for rail links. The apartment is served by an underground car park with ready access to the lift for the apartments. To gain access on arrival you are met by an agent who explains the operation of the entry controls - do be prepared to follow the instructions given prior to arrival. Not obvious is that the entrance to the car park is via an unmarked barrier system at the rear of the building. Good wifi signal in the room. Overall no complaints and the convenience balances well against the price.

Enjoyable Stay

The location is ideal as it is in the centre of town and close to a Tesco as well as an Aldi. The apartment was clean, warm and comfortable.

Not what we booked

Check in arrangements were very difficult to confirm and the company did not respond to emails. The apartment we booked was not available so we were given a different apartment away from the city centre. It was a large comfortable apartment and luckily we had a car.

NIcely fitted out apartment. Well situated to the centre of Glasgow, ideal walking distance to all you would need, shops, bars restaurants Tesco next door for any requirements Free parking and wifi included. Daily serviced.

Excellent. Location was fantastic, in the middle of numerous cafes, restaurants and shopping, easy access to train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only thing that I would warn future residents is that you must get in contact with the Dreamhouse staff before your arrival so they can arrange to let you in to your apartment as there is no reception desk on premise. Otherwise I would highly recommend for your stay.

Nice place, bad booking process

[...] was extremely nice and helpful. Orbitz did an AWFUL job notifying us that there was no check in desk. we arrived to town at 5:30 and could not check in. we stayed at another hotel the first night. again, Orbitz should have made it clear that we could only check in at specific times. It cost us $200 to stay somewhere else - luckily another webstite has a better booking process. I don't plan on using Orbitz again. Only other negative was our carpets were cleaned our second day there. No problem except when we returned that afternoon our unit was unlocked. Luckily nothing was stolen but I would have preferred the carpets were cleaned AFTER our departure. Also, I don't recommend the washer/dryer. It took over 4 hours to wash/dry one load of clothes. We also could not access the internet the entire stay. There wasn't a wireless connection in our unit - we had to access the one next door and had NO reception
