"Nice hotel, very clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Foyer needs updating and is a little dark ( my opinion) but otherwise nice. Great if visiting the OVO within walking distance and 5mins in a taxi to the city centre, have used this hotel before and would recommend it."
"The only problem we had was that our room wasn’t cleaned until after 4 pm one day & not cleaned at all another day. Had to call for clean towels etc. our glasses & mugs were never replaced."
