“This hotel was in walking distance to the train and the bus station. Walking distance to shopping and to alot of great pubs. Would definitely recommend the hop-on hop-off bus to see Glasgow and Edinburgh, as for the hotel itself, checking in was a little hard , the hotel was good. Food was good. Can improve in the room. We had no heat for the week we were there, could use a min fridge ,and cups for the bathroom, and a suitcase stand,over all mold was in the bathroom and by the window.”

“Great location and absolutely wonderful
Staff. Tracey at reception was absolutely lovely. Beds are clean and comfy.
This hotel could do with a thorough deep clean though. Dust and stains on walls, and carpet is questionable. It’s fine for a one.night stay.”

“This was my third stay over the past eight years and I have to say I love the location and how accessible the hotel is to central Glasgow, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. I was disappointed this time to see how unkempt the gardens and rear parking lot were. Garbage and leaves had never been picked up and gardens full of weeds.
