"The Highland Club is in a old abbey. I has been renovated into a modern and very comfortable place of lodging. The rooms are modern, but the facility creates a feel of being in an ancient cathedral. It was very nice. The staff was extremely nice and helpful."

The surrounding countryside is stunning, and the people in the area are as warm and welcoming as our hosts. "We really enjoyed our stay at the Lovat. The staff was the best of all of Scotland(from Edinburg, Fort Augustus and Isle of Skye). The hotel is beautiful and you can walk a short distance to town. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend."

"It is a great property but don’t arrive late because there is not much communication until you arrive at the property. We arrived 3pm and you pick up keys at the coffee shop that closes arround 5:30. As long you get there early you won’t have a problem. Otherwise, the property is great! Very clean and spacious. One of the nicest place we have booked. "

"We stayed while walking the Great Glen Way, and it is right on the route. It is a large friendly hostel. Our room had two sets of very comfortable bunk beds. "

"Loved the cottage Red Deer. We have stayed in the one bedroom before Brochure. Settee was a bit uncomfortable. No hairdryer although listed as having one, so had to go and buy a travel hairdryer. Disappointed that there wasn’t any hand soap provided in the bathroom Apart from that we would come back as it is very spacious. "
