When my wife and I travel, we like to be fairly independent. The Olea staff (especially Katherine) truly made us feel at home and took genuine care of us. We will go out of our way to stay here again! Thank you.

Great property and location. I was overall pleased and felt the property met expectations created from the site website and reviews. The staff friendliness and property did stand out as positives. I was disappointed by a very long wait for the breakfast one morning, waiting over one hour for two courses that were very small in quantity. I also did not like the sounds of traffic from the road; the hotel obviously cannot control it but I had expected the property to be more relaxing and noticed the sounds of cars driving by while in my room as well as at the pool area which is very close to the road. Overall, I would recommend this property but it was a bit disappointing to me for the price point.

My husband and I really enjoyed our time here at the Olea Hotel. We stayed at one of the cottages for our 8th wedding anniversary. The staff was so sweet and welcoming. They really helped us feel special for our couple days there. Everything was clean and beautiful. The hot and pool amazing. The free breakfast? * Chefs kiss* We will be doing this trip all over again someday. Ounce we got home we just wanted to be back in the Olea Hotels bed. Thank you Olea!

It's a lovely little hotel - very intimate and quiet. The rooms are comfortable and modern. The breakfast was one of the highlights - locally made, beautiful presentation, and just delicious. I would come back!

I can’t stop thinking about this amazing property. The breakfast was fresh, delicious and thoughtfully prepared. I think about Olea often because of the serene environment and the kind staff. Looking forward a return visit.

Nice rooms and amenities, thin walls
Nice rooms but we could hear the people next door talking. Nice amenities. But, the “gourmet breakfast” offers no choices. You get what they are making that day, which when we were there was a weird bowl of quinoia, squash, Brussels sprouts…. Not b’fast food in my mind.

Very nice and relaxing place to disengage from daily worries. Excellent facilities, attentive staff, hot gourmet two-course breakfast, beverages, wine, and snacks available throughout the day. 2 min drive to Glen Ellen restaurants and easy access to numerous wineries. Expensive, but worth it, in my opinion.

In our room, 15, the barn-style bathroom door did not close all the way...like, by design. We found that extremely odd. Also, no biggie, but the one of the bureau draws was broken and didn't open all the way.

Quiet, small property with great outdoor spaces for relaxing. Although it is very close to town, expect to drive because the road does not have any shoulder to walk on.

This place was a perfect find. It’s quiet, the room was incredibly comfortable (bed, sheets and robes were soooo comfortable). Breakfast was delicious, service was incredible. Staff was friendly, attentive and so helpful. They helped us with shipping a case of wine home, taking away a major concern of ours. Pool and hot tub were great.

We arrived late night to our garden cottage, lights were on, heat at a cozy temperature. Cottage was clean and spacious. All the staff was very nice and friendly. Food was delicious. Great Experience, will return!

This was probably the best hotel experience I have ever had. The room was super clean and all the employees are incredibly kind and helpful. When I go back up to Sonoma I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Best hotel ever with a relaxing vibe. The staff is always wonderful and helpful. They serve free breakfast and it's amazing. They also introduce us to new vineyards nearby that are equally amazing. Sleeping away from home is always a gamble. However the bed and bedding are very comfortable and we had no trouble sleeping at night.
