“Personal kind engaging conversation by both the wife and the husband who own this lovely property with a view. Offering to drive us into town to catch the bus or for errands or a dinner meal whenever possible”

“Many stains on carpets and furniture. Small TV and not in the bed area. Small bed, not a proper king. Tall hubby was not ideal.”

“Can’t get a drink apparently even tho we were hotel guests we’d to wait until 5 until restaurant opened. You get added hair with you mash then get accused of planting the hair by kitchen staff because it wasn’t mixed in the mash even tho you’d to remove it from you mouth so you set it on top of mash as proof…im ginger and the hair was pure black. Told they have a private car park at back of hotel so thinking your car will be safe you wake only to find both your window wipers up and someone tried...

“Lovely stay , enjoyed hot tubs lovely view”

“Beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean with all necessary amenities. Rosie is a Really pleasant host. Thoroughly recommend.”

“The Quad room had plenty of space, and the king bed was very comfortable. Also, we enjoyed the openness of the shared kitchen and living room. There was even fresh bread, teas and coffees available as part of the stay the next morning.”

“Great spot”

“Stayed here while we were attending a wedding close by. Staff were excellent, when we came to check in to the hotel we asked if we could get a taxi booked to go back to the wedding venue - without hesitation the lovely lady said she would take us back. We went to the bar had a drink while we were waiting and the bar man asked if we were going back to the wedding venue and we said yes he said come on ahead I will leave yous back. A lovely thing to do and we appreciated it. They defo went the...

“I had bigger expectations for this hotel. On a positive note, the view is absolutely stunning. The exterior and the garden. The room did not look like the images I saw. It was a bit of a let down. I felt the woman on reception was dismissive and condescending to me. I didn't get my room until after 4pm. She told me my room was "almost ready" several times, which it wasn't. She even said she went to my room and the cleaning staff were in it. If she was honest about the room's avail I could...

“A very memorable stay highly recommended”

“Quality of facilities, staff attentiveness and good attitude. Loves the fridge being restocked each day for free. The hot tubs, pools and cabanas were brilliant. Breakfast in the river room.”

“Central town hotel with free car parking at the rear. Downstairs area is nice but rooms are very tired and dated. Room carpet stained and curtains sunbleached. Tiling in bathroom was awful - all needs replaced. Room itself is clean and bed comfortable. Plug in radiator works but needs a good clean. At breakfast, "orange juice" should be pure and fresh, not diluted.”

“Located right on the high street yet still quiet at night for a good sleep! Excellent amenities, shoutout for fab quality fluffy towels, and the toiletries (shower gel/soap) excellent quality. We were especially impressed by the “above and beyond” service, with a chilled bottle of bubbly ready for our arrival to celebrate our engagement. Thank you!!”

“Really loved the style of the lodge. Next time I hope to stay longer!”

“We had a lovely time staying here! Delicious breakfast and the hosts were incredibly warm- I actually wish we had booked this spot longer”

“평화속의 한가로움, 저녁녘의 자이언트 코즈웨이의 풍광, 이른 아침 아무도 없는 환경 속의 산보, 최고입니다. 위치는 당연 최고. 모두에게 강추합니다.”

“We didn’t dislike anything completely satisfied with the moment we arrived to the time we left👍”

“Very comfortable rooms. Our breakfast is and one dinner were very good. The staff was very helpful resolving a booking issue where we had requested two rooms, but apparently Expedia only requested a single room. And they also assisted me shipping by golf clubs.”

“This place is AMAZING! The views and location were wonderful. Everything you would need for a stay. I only wish we stayed longer. I made friends with the cows, Enjoyed a gorgeous sunrise. There’s even a CASTLE, just a few minutes walk down by the ocean. Nan, the host, even stopped and said hello before we left.”
