“Room clean and well furnished , we were in the annex away from the main hotel, it was quiet but a fair distance from the breakfast room. If there is more than one person sharing a room request 2 keycards as the lights in the room and bathroom go out when the keycard is removed from the box. Which could be awkward if using the shower. Staff helpful and friendly, we only had breakfast but it was very nice and well presented. Wifi poor couldn't receive emails and messages. ”

“The staff are the asset here - very helpful and friendly. Downstairs is a very classic look which is nice. The room allocated was worn out and past its prime. Really not value for money. If you need to be in centre of town prime location but dont expect much from the room, unless I just got unlucky with a bad one stuck at back overlooking Tower Centre delivery entrance. Hot stuffy room even with windows open. ”

“We had an amazing stay at Glass Island B&B. Sharon was incredibly welcoming and gave us great local recommendations, really going out of her way to make everything perfect. The room was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was fantastic — fresh, high-quality and beautifully prepared. The whole place is stunning and the service was outstanding. Couldn’t recommend it more!”
