“Lovely old pub, always busy which was lovely to see. Great pub garden. Room was a little small, but fine for a solo traveller. All the staff were fantastic so friendly and could not do enough for you. Breakfast was really good, more than most people can eat. Would drfinitely stay again. Recommend trying their pies they were fantastic. ”

“Excellent location to enjoy the Cotswolds away from the tourist crowds. On the downside, the washroom is not perfect, but these are properly designed only in some large chain or high end luxury hotels. Highly recommended overall. ”

“We needed accommodation after attending a wedding nearby . We were able to drop by in the morning and collect a key to let ourselves in later on as we were going to arrive late at night after reception closed. The lady who showed us how to let ourselves in was also working in the breakfast room the next morning and was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was delicious and perfectly cooked and presented. We had a very comfortable night's sleep and a lovely shower with nice thick fluffy towels....
