Clean, comfortable, friendly atmosphere. The restaurants on site were tasty and accommodating. Walking distance to many stores and tourist attractions. Cant wait to stay here again! 10/10

Room was very clean, quiet, nice furniture and located within walking distance to a shopping mall. Didn’t have breakfast as the prices of food items were very high.

Holiday Inn Express Boston - Saugus by IHG
The staff was very responsive to an issue we had with the room. The heat controller battery was dead. I walked down to the desk to let them know we have an issue. They immediately called maintenance. He was actually working in the room before I got back to the room
