Hawthorne Hotel was warm and welcoming! We loved the atmosphere and strongly enjoyed all the amenities. We really enjoyed Sophie at the front desk for being a great person! We also enjoyed Matt the server who works The Tavern and Hawthorne restaurant! Excellent team members.

They threw me out. I didn’t appreciate anything that happened there. Apparently the front desk wasn’t able to operate the credit card machine to place a hold on my credit card. I was asked to leave very disappointed in your services.

Everything was really good! The staff were super nice and helpful. The room and lobby was very nice and clean. The only things was the mini fridge was really small, I want to say half the size of a regular mini fridge. We were on the first floor, I am not sure if the fridge sizes changes depending ...
