"Stayed there a few times recently and every time the room was nice and staff especially the older lady with I believe red hair is always nice to me. The breakfast is a plus but my only complaint is I feel like when I go to get breakfast the lady who sets it up and keeps it clean is nice but she kinda hovers around and watches you and makes me personally feel uncomfortable. I’ve had breakfast there at least 3/4 times and every time she’s done it not sure if it’s on purpose or to watch what people get but I’d recommend changing that process if there is one. "

"Nothing like the photos, this is definitely somewhere junkies go to shoot up. Everything is old and falling apart. Luckily I only needed it for 1 night but i didnt get to enjoy it how I wanted . I never leave reviews but i dont want anyone to get tricked the way I did if your not from the area "

"They need to be a little more organized in customer attentiveness. It took me a minute, 15 to be exact to get new towels for the room. And when we used the pool I asked for towels and was told the would bring them in 5 minutes but never came."

"We went to check after a long day. We always stay at this hotel normally for Flyers practice. Everyone knows us here and are always friendly. This one particular guy..we have had him twice now had no clue what he was doing. We got to the hotel late because i had same day surgery in Camden and decided to stay over. He couldnt find our reservation i have no idea why. We do it the same every time. I showed him my confirmation he still was confused. I was waiting patiently all groggy from surgery. It was the longest i waited to get checked in and like i said i never had any problems before. He finally gave me a room key but never put the room number on it so i waited patiently after 1 customer. I felt like i was going to pass out. When he finally gave my room number i was on my way with NO apology. Really bad customer service. I do not ever complain but this one i had to."
