"We discovered our final flight home was canceled after we landed from a 10 hour flight. We were 24 hours into travel at this point and picked this hotel. We were tired and didn't realize it was so far from the airport. We ended up being stuck in Chicago for 2 nights. The hotel met all of our needs. There was food, shopping (since we didn't have a change of clothes) and it was in a nice area. The best part about the hotel were the beds. They were excellent and we used them a lot in our jetlagged state. The hotel is not new or fancy but it was absolutely great for what we needed. The only issue was the distance and our first ride there was in a Taxi. The drive was terrifying."

"The location was great, the room was clean, and the staff were fine. The major issue was the room itself. My room faced the nightclub across the street. If you get one of those rooms, you may have to deal with people outside the club hollering and yelling until around 2 a.m. I had to play rain sounds just to sleep. In my opinion, those rooms are deeply flawed and should either come with a steep discount or a clear warning from the hotel before booking. The staff were okay. They recommended a laundromat when I asked, but compared with similarly priced hotels I stayed at in Prague and Warsaw, the service was not especially friendly or helpful beyond the basics. I would not recommend this place. It is easy to get around Kraków from here, but you are gambling with the possibility of being kept awake by nightclub noise. There are probably better options in Kraków without that risk."

"The apartment was lovely, spacious for 2 couples out most of the time. not much lounge area if spending more time inside. it was difficult to see which pictures showed which apartment, but we were very happy with what we found. It was nice that they provided some tea/coffee/sugar. The only downside if that it the rooms over look a courtyard which meant that any sound echoed around and woke us up through the night. There's no aircon so had to have the windows open. Bring earplugs and it will be fine."

"The hotel is tucked away in a quiet corner of the old town, adjacent to all main attractions. My room was great, a recent remodel, logical and practical layout, one exposed brick and stone wall and a log ceiling. The back of the hotel is organized around a courtyard, the courtyard is nice, but it is the only view you get there. All in all, I loved it and I would love to stay longer if my schedule permitted."
