"This was the first time I have encounter an experience like this. Went to check in. I was given a key to a room that was in use. Informed hotel attendant was given another room and another key. Room would not open. Had to go back to Lobby was given another key. Still did not work hotel attendant went to the room and tried to open it with a key he had still did not work and said it was probly occupied and locked from the inside. Did not get another room attendant said they were full. So i had to leave. Although attendant was helpful. This situation was very stressful."

"The hotel is located in a safe area and close to many convenient shops and services. The room was very clean and well maintained. It had a family-size refrigerator, a microwave, and even a stove for cooking. What I really liked was that the room also provided complete kitchen utensils, including plates, bowls, and other cooking equipment, which made the stay very convenient. The price was very reasonable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place."

"Couldn’t get house keeping to change fresh sheets after calling down 3 times all day. Tv cut off every 5-10mins , only one outlet worked in room "

"I was checked into 3 different rooms that were wreaking of sewer issues. Bowel movements left in toilet of one room and bed wasn’t even made. Second room had trash on floor and hadn’t been dusted or cleaned. Asked for a final room and you can tell the sewage water ran over from bathroom onto carpet. I immediately demanded a refund and was given one with no issue. Staff was amazing though. Never again will I spend money there . "
