“The staff at the Ragged Robin were delightful, always helping out and answering any questions we had. Shout out to Harrison for being so welcoming! We truly enjoyed our stay and loved enjoying a non alcoholic draft beer in the garden overlooking the canal. Truly a beautiful place to unwind. We will be back!”

“The hotel was perfect for six guys who'd just been at Goodwood Speed Week and wanted three twin rooms. Beds were comfortable, furnishings satisfactory, but maybe better towels would have been nice. Options for evening meals for ok and hotel had parking, albeit large vehicles might not squeeze through to rear parking. Will return. Thank you”

“The room is well-decorated. And the host is kind. But the room was little noisy. My room was outdoor A/C unit view. I was surrounded by them. So that machines made a lot of noise. There is no E/V.... and the stairs ate complicated. If you have big luggage, you should think again to stay here. And one more thing, bathroom floor was not clean and was slippery though I didn't spoiled anything.”

“The hotel and pub were very pleasant. The rooms were well-equipped and the food was excellent. However, the service at the pub was inconsistent. While some tables were served, we were not and this was unclear. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. However, the room temperature was excessively high. We were forced to leave the room to cool down despite the outside temperature being over 35°C. The room was significantly hotter than the outside. Although fans were provided,...

“A terrible experience. Very tired hotel and spa facilities. Poor staff, rude and unhelpful. Complaints have taken a week so far to hear anything back. It appears there are a long list of people complaining.”

“Hotel is very nice to stay. But it is not easy to travel without a car because of the public transport system is not affordable and though equiped its own pub (restaurant) in the hotel, there are few shops, restaurants, pubs etc within walking distance.”

“Stayed for two nights in room 1. Staff were fantastic. Lovely breakfast on both days. Nice meal sitting outside in the sun. The wi fi was very good which is important as the phone service is non existent in this area. The village is quiet and picturesque.”
