"I stayed here alone for four nights while walking the Jeju Olle Trails, using it as my base. The location was very convenient — about a 10-minute walk to and from Seogwipo Bus Terminal. The hotel smelled pleasant throughout, from the entrance to the elevator and hallways - I enjoyed this. One small improvement would be adding a bell at the reception desk. There seemed to be someone inside the office, but it was often difficult to know if staff were available, which felt a bit inconvenient at times."

"I did stay or 2 days and had a great time. The pool was heated for sure, but I didn't get a chance to use it, however we did use the indoor Jacuzzi and was happy. They have a great tour right from the hotel which circles near the ocean and was very pretty. Breakfast was decent, would have preferred tags for food to clearly define it's contents, else I had to ask which one was vegan and non-vegan. The staff was helpful though in every which way. The front desk including Sally and the two other gentleman were always with a smile trying to give you feedback on how to plan your stay. Overall fantastic stay and close enough for most of tourist sports too"

"I enjoyed my stay very much and the sea views were very pretty. One small comment was when we asked the staff to help us find a tangerine farm experience, we reached there to find it was closed possibly since the season is over. Also SUV parking is not allowed in the hotel but there are plenty of free public parking nearby which was not an issue. "

"Hotel has big parking lot right outside of hotel, so it is very easy to park the car."

"Expedia description say rooms have washer and dryer combo. This is the sole reason why I booked the room so I can wash and DRY my clothes. It’s a washer only and you have to dry your clothes on a drying rack. I stayed for one night, so I ended up not getting to wash my clothes. Also there were bugs in the room… don’t think it’s bed bugs, but both my partner and I got itchy red marks on our body after waking up…and I killed one of the bugs. Also there was no air conditioner end of March. It was was hot, so we opened the window and still stuffy. I do not recommend. "
