친절한 직원분이 룸을 업그레이드 해주셔서 너무 좋았습니다. 룸에는 최신식 시설이 구비되어 있었습니다. 너무 편안한 호텔입니다. 원래 하루만 묵으려했는데 너무 좋아서 이틀 더 연장했습니다. 대신 개미가 호텔에서 많이 보였습니다. 침대, 식탁에 개미가 마구마구 기어다녔습니다.

Unprofessional staff, new hotel
Unprofessional staff. Cleaning was unsatisfactory, two of the three elevators broke down so waiting for the elevator was horrific. The hotel is new so they werw still setting up some rooms.

퍼시픽페어 근처 숙소로 좋습니다
후기가 얼마 없어 걱정했는데 오래된건물이 아니라 깨끗했습니다. 주방에 식기류도 넉넉하게 없는것 없이 다있고 냉장고도 작지 않아 좋았습니다. 5명이용이라 투룸이였는데 방사이즈도 넓고 창문열면 멀리긴해도 바다가 보여 기분도 좋고 발코니에서 시간보내기도 좋습니다. 저희가 갔을때 마침 차 배터리가 나가 난감했는데 카운터 직원분이 다음날까지 도와주시고 무척 감사했습니다. 수영장은 물이 미지근해서 춥지 않도 바비큐시설도 평소 관리가 잘되있는지 깨끗하더군요. 다만 좀 아쉬운건 주차장 요금을 10불로 보고 갔는데 갔더니 15불이였습니다. 그부분은 정정해주셨으면 좋겠어요. 이번주 주말에 한번 더 가고싶었는데 방이 없어서 애석하게 예약을 못했네요 . 퍼시픽페어 부근에 숙소로 추천합니다

The Avani was such a beautiful, well presented residence. We were lucky enough to get a room on the 31st floor and the views were incredible! The apartment itself was immaculate and had everything you could want or need when staying at an apartment. Locations was also a massive plus with a variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We were very impressed and will be choosing Avani for our next GC stay!

Poor views.
Room 201 is located adjacent to a busy highway and tram line. Fortunately or unfortunately the outside area is surrounded by a concrete block wall approximately 2.4 m in height (imagine being in a prison). Therefore the view was of wall and upwards to the sky and overlooking apartments.

Was a last minute booking. Nice one bedroom unit in a modern building. Views towards the casino and the canals from my unit. The location was the best feature, being in the heart of Broadbeach.

Apart from great location, we parked our car on arrival and there it stayed. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Front office staff were great as was other staff we came across during our stay.

The guy on reception was smart took the payment first and than said the air condition is not working in whole building and later said we can provide me refund because he knew that where would I go on last minute I said to him I will find a property as soon as I start exploring options all of the sudden he said we have a room available where air condition is working shocking staff terrible experience.

Highly recommended!
The hotel is fantastic! It is in the perfect location in Broadbeach. Close to amazing restaurants and public transport and across the road from the casino and pacific fair. A short stroll to the beach and the heated pool is awesome! Definitely will book again!

Beautiful
Check in was great.. very helpful on the desk, helped us with parking and upgraded us to a bigger room for nothing! Room and ocean view was stunning! The gym was okay but quite small for such a big hotel/apartment complex. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Good location very close to a huge mall and tram ride to surfers! The perfect location.
