“We were greeted very nicely, they informed us breakfast was included. We were there for only 2 nights. The second day our room wasn't cleaned, we asked why and if we can get fresh towels, they told us it was only cleaned upon request and we had to go get towels to the front because at 8pm there was no cleaning staff or any service.”

“Liked the property, but we arrived late in evening to find three people waiting to check in, no one was at the front desk and the other people had been waiting for some time, it was another twenty minutes or more before someone showed, so by the time we got to our room it was almost an hour, midnight our time. No excuse.”

“Great place to stay if you are seeing a show at red rocks they provide shuttle only 15 min Away and the town of Golden is great spot awesome restaurants and brewery’s. The Eddy continental breakfast was delicious and the restaurant on site had awesome drinks and food we loved our stay at the Eddy”

The 2 out of 3 reasons we stayed there was a flop. Was hoping for hot tub to warm up after storm at red rocks. The maintenance guy doesn’t get much time off and seems overworked. “This is a decent budget option. The property is dated and staff is limited. I waited quite a bit to check in as there is only one computer for the staff. The TV in the room didn’t work. The staff personally checked another option for me and unloaded a luggage cart so I could move to a room with TV. I really appreciated that, though that should not have been an issue.
