"I was at this resort in 2019 and it was amazing - it's still fabulous but the property could do with some TLC (been closed for two years due to Covid) the rooms are gorgeous but make sure you get a room close to the beach as it's a very steep climb to the top. "Beautiful resort overlooking the beach, and the room was spotless. Pros: Clean, spacious room Amazing shower with great views Decent breakfast buffet Transport companies were outside the door most hours Reliable laundry service Clean gym, nice Muay Thai class offering Nice spa Cons: DO NOT ORDER TAXI FROM THEM. They ordered a cab (when we had to make a boat) that arrived 20 minutes late, crammed us in with tons of people and the cab smelled of cigarettes, and they dropped our bag on the street. We could have gotten our own private transport that was outside the door for less money. When I pointed this out to the hotel, the response was “we will complain to the company, no worries.” Our complaint is with both the cab company and the hotel. We made a mistake trusting them. "
