While room is on the slightly small side, the staff is the highlight and extremely helpful. Make sure to book the room with balcony and definitely worth the extra. If you want a true local hutong experience, go for it."

"Ladies at the executive lounge are very attentive to guests' needs. Swimming pool and gym were world class. They just changed their beds and were too firm (almost hard like many hotel beds in Asia) but the room director assured us that they will get softer and plusher beds to meet guests' needs in future.
