"Excellent hotel chain. Rooms have been refurbished to a high standard. Great location in Sydney right by Circular Quay. We didn't use the restaurant. Grain bar is great for a nightcap (but closes a bitt too early)"

"After staying T this hotel many times over the years, we have never paid $330 before. at this price we expected a better room or maybe better views. The room was very small with no views on the Ist floor . The sink in the bathroom filled with water and didn’t drain . There were no tissues . To top it off the alarm went off after we were asleep and we had to quickly dress and escape into the hallway. All over very unsatisfactory. "

"Perfect location for walk, ability of attractions and transportation, such as the train and bus system. Very quiet all times of the day and night, and a cute little café attached to the lobby. The staff was very knowledgeable, speaking several languages and able to provide assistance when looking for things like a pharmacy or grocery."
