“My circumstances regarding my situation call for exceptions to “policy” and my rating is not due to policy per se but because I think there was very little customer service. The person at the late night window had a very detached level of concern and sadly a true lack of empathy. I may be aging myself but customer service requires the server to help the customer… basically problem solve, think outside the box, call someone, and/or at least smile. I had chosen this location and establishment...

“Stayed here because we came to play at the casino which is like 10 minutes away! NOT FAR AT ALL! We loved the room, very spacious. Prices are affordable. AND free breakfast! Will be staying here again!”

“Didn’t receive information on checking in after sending repeat request for a PIN number for the room. Only got in room with help from cleaning lady. Odd there is no staff onsite for assistance. Very poor WiFi, tv couldn’t connect or get a signal. Room only had one night lamp, still had bugs on floor, pet potty area needed maintenance, no grass only dirt. Needed more towels. Room was very spacious.”
