Hi Tonia,Actually, we did offer you solutions as we were fully booked, I called 3 other properties to find you a room that would be more comfortable for the 3 of you. It is unfortunate that none of those worked out as they were also fully booked. As for canceling your reservation, that was not our idea, but a question posed by 2 of you while we talked at the front desk. No, I'm sorry but we do not have elevators and that detail is made available on the Expedia website prior to booking your reservation under accessibility. As a 40+ year old resort we were grandfathered in to not being required to have elevators as long as we didn't change the footprint of the buildings. I'm sorry that that detail wasn't clear during your booking process. We do not create the layout of Expedia's website, we only provide the information, and they determine the layout. All of our beds in the main lodge are brand new as of November 2022 as that is when we did the remodel.
