"The service was extraordinary. This is not a hotel, this is meant for you to live the experience and it is perfect for that. Location was great, our room was beautiful. Our only complaint is that the pillows and bed had a distinct smell. They do not use mattresses protector or for the pillows. Hot water, working AC in the room, clean towels every day, however, they do not clean your room daily. Overall we had an excellent time and the young gentleman working there was great. "

"My stay was great. The room was generously sized and clean. The location was wonderful - right in the heart of the medina and near everything. The staff couldn't have been more helpful at every turn - really pleasant and good humoured. The breakfast was slightly different every day and was exactly what was needed to set you up well for the day. "My sister and I had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Rabat while attending a wedding. The hotel is stunning — spotless, luxurious, and beautifully designed. One of the highlights of our stay was Mohammed, the concierge. He was incredibly helpful, arranging a hotel driver, booking a hair salon, and recommending excellent restaurants. His kindness and resourcefulness truly made our experience seamless and special. The location is perfect — situated right along the Marina Waterfront. We loved taking a little rowboat (just 5 dirhams!) across the water into old town Rabat to explore the markets and shop local. It was such a charming and easy adventure. We also spent a relaxing day by the pool and enjoyed the food there — everything we ate throughout the trip was delicious. Another sweet touch is how pet-friendly the Fairmont is. We adored greeting Tiffany, the hotel’s lovely dog, every day. She made our mornings brighter. Rabat is such a beautiful city, and the Fairmont was the perfect home base. We can’t wait to return."
