โFor the price, the service and facility is not matched with what you can get in the bigger cities.
But given the limited options in the area, I would say its ok-ish. Cleanliness can maybe improved.
Accessibility to fast food and convinience store is about 600m walk or you can catch a
Trike for 13pesos.
What stand out to me despite of the "meh", The staffs are friendly and helpful.

โSoy Y Viento is an excellent place for hot springs. Majority of the water comes from Mount Makiling; it means that the water is very relaxing and cures most your body pai. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food are excellent and very fresh. I do not mind coming back next year; for me to enjoy the hot springs from the pool. โThe hotel is conveniently across the street from the bus station. It's also next to the elevated footbridge in the area that makes it easy to get around the local mall answer the bus station without needing to cross the busy streets. There are food options close by as well as a 7-Eleven downstairs. I would stay there again during my next visit. โ

Im Badezimmer hatte es noch Haare vom Vorgรคnger und im Gebรคude hat es auf den Treppenstufen zum Teil viel Staub und Haare. Beim Frรผhstรผck ist der Juice leider nur ein Pulvergemisch (Geschmacksrichtung unbekannt). Im Badezimmer war in der Badewanne war der Abfluss verstopft und das zum Regulieren des Abflusses war kaputt und fiel beim Duschen runter.
