I was not allowed to enter since I could not contact the unit agent/owner. I got itinerary number but guards are looking for QR code to enter which was not provided to me upon reservation. So far location from airport."

The room was good, clean, and comfortable for a short stay. The location is excellent, very close to Newport Mall, which made everything very convenient. "We stayed for 3nights. The first day of buffet breakfast we had…the food selections at the main lobby restaurant were suboptimal. The egg omelette tasted like it was a powder mix. Food Buffet presentation was poor. We had the privilege to go to The one at the 28th floor breakfast buffet based on the type of booking we had, the made to cook breakfast was better. We had booked this hotel before when it was still CRIMSON and everything was wonderful. Toilet tissue in the bathroom had no extra refill available to use even though we started with very minimal to use. The same with facial tissues available. It looks like this hotel is going through transition and looks understaffed I hope it gets better because I like the location. Thank you! "
