“It has good interior from reception to the pool area. Even to the restaurant part but when it comes to room its quite old. It needs improvement esp the bathroom. The shower's hot water has low pressure. It is also not that clean. There is no ref or kettle available in the superior room. For its price, which is on the expensive side compared to other hotels available, it lacks a few amenities. Going to the hotel rooms, it take a lot of stairs so be prepared and i think this is not senior...

“The staff are courteous and very helpful. The breakfast is delicious. The room is good, but there are no toiletries. You have to buy then in the lobby. There is no drinking water available inside the room. You have to bring your pitcher down and ask one of the staff to bring you drinking water from their cafeteria.”

“If you want to rest without doing anything,There is nothing around No fridge and order meals. It's not a hotel, it's just a motel. I do not want to go twice”

“There was no hot water, and no toilet paper provided. It was far from hot springs and the hotel staff did not have any recommendations about things to do in the area.”

“The hotel is clean and staffs are so helpful and friendly. Overall, it is good place for relaxing and wind down. Only one suggestion, prepare milk stock all the time. Can’t survive without it 😊😊”
