“Facilities, changed room 3 times. First room the toilet bowl doesn’t flush, second room smells terrible, third room the sink drainage is broken when used water splashes out directly on the floor not on the drainage, vacant lot near the room area is used for garbage. Can’t stand it so instead of 2 nights we checked out early morning (4.00 am) the following morning. ”

“When I arrived, they acted as if I didn't have a reservation. Expedia wouldn't give me the money back, either, so a big big disappointment, this hotel. Good thing I had someplace else to stay!”

“The whole second floor didn’t have hot water and we only realized this after settling in and unpacking. The hotel said the only thing they could do was change us to the 3rd floor. It was really inconvenient that late. The room with hot water was dirty and not renovated like the second floor. Aldo there are dangerous wild dogs in the parking lot that growled at the guests. That’s completely unacceptable. ”

“The place is far more comfortable than the other resorts here, you have a choice whether you go to the sea or stay on the pool. You can have a walk when its low tide and go the nearby mangroves. White sandy beach is a 10mins walk from the resort. They have a look tower that allows you to enjoy the view of the area.”
