โThis hotel is cleaning the room every 3 days, not everyday. The rooms towards the roadside are quite noisy because of the traffics and also because of the guest's talks in the restaurant. โ
โBest location to walk around central Vancouver. Clean and Good service with welcoming atmosphere. Good Italian restaurant next to the reception. Stongly recommend!โ
โThe reason why this is not a five-star hotel is that there are no small facilities that have not been used.
Everything is perfect.
The front desk and housekeeping staff are always smiling, always having kindness while they are busy, and doing their best to the customer.
Also, I stayed at the new North Tower, and the room condition was the best.
I recommend clean, warm, pleasant, and most of all comfortable bedding.
