"We were at the convention center for volleyball tournaments. Parking was so convenient and even though it was a bit of a walk to get to the courts, it was still very convenient to stay there. The room was clean and big and nice. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful! This is where we’ll stay when we having something at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Definitely the best experience we’ve had when staying in downtown Columbus!"

"I was very disappointed that I had to pay to valet park. I was told it would be $45 when I asked and I was charged more. Pool and hot tub not open. Not sure what amDoors were slamming all night and people carrying on and partying in the hallways. Music blaring. "

"Hotel was nice and clean the restrooms near the food area were in serious need of a cleanup. Since it was early morning and at breakfast time, I’m assuming somebody can clean at the end of their shift."

"Parking was not as advertised and promised. The 6 "reserved" spaces were occupied. Staff told us we'd be ticketed if we parked elsewhere. Would not commit to reimbursing parking tickets. We parked where we could and worried our entire stay. Rental is located in a quiet, quaint neighborhood, walkable to pubs and restaurants. 4 minute drive to downtown. This second floor unit is not appropriate for people who have difficulty with stairs or fear of heights. Access is by exterior metal stairs. The unit is very old and the windows and doors show that. Air leaking all around. Bed was very restful, but there's no comfortable sofa to speak of in the lounge area. Half of the plants in the unit are artificial... Not in keeping with a charming "jungle" setting. "
